Total amount must be prepaid at first session to receive bulk session pricing. All prepaid sessions must be completed within one year from purchase, but you may spread them out throughout the year if you wish. Any sessions not completed within the year will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Payment Policies
We believe it is important for you to get to know us and determine if I am the right person for your needs and vice versa. For this reason, we offer a free 30-minute consultation for our first meeting if you so choose. If after that consultation you decide that we are able to help you, we can discuss your treatment plan and payment method to move forward.
Payment is due upon receipt of services. We accept cash, check, and credit cards as payment options. Penalties may incur for late payments or non-payments. If your bill is unpaid for 90 days or more, we maintain the right to contact a collections agency for any overdue payments.
We are out-of-network providers and can provide you with a bill that may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Please contact your provider directly to inquire about their terms and policies.
Please give your therapist at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel your scheduled appointment. If you find that you are unable to keep your appointment within that 24-hour time frame, you will be charged the full amount. You will be charged if you miss an appointment without prior notification, cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or habitually cancel. Because of the nature of counseling and others' needs for services, repeated cancellations may terminate the therapeutic relationship.
